The hotel rate is $100.00 per night and includes all taxes, fees, and a hot breakfast each morning. That rate will be good for three days prior to the reunion and three days after. You can begin booking rooms now. Be sure to mention our group reservation # which is 99533. 75 rooms have been blocked up until 45 days prior to the reunion, at which time 50% of the remaining rooms will be released. Go to their website at www.lodgeoftheozarks.com to check out the venue. If you need alternative lodging at a cost saving, contact Doc or Jane for recommendations. There are lots of motels and hotels close by that are suitable, but don't have the meeting and banquet facilities that we need for our group.

As there are tons of things to do in Branson, you may wish to plan a vacation around the reunion. Check out www.explorebranson.com to see what there is to do and see while in Branson. You can also contact Doc and Jane for information as they are very familiar with Branson, on entertainment, restaurants, shopping, and sites to see. There is an airport in Branson and another in Springfield with car rentals at both places. Branson is a new airport and has direct flights from Atlanta, Minneapolis, and Denver. More are expected later. You can get additional info from www.flybranson.com. Springfield Mo has even more connections.
